SHIPPING COURIERS

  • We ship our packages via USPS Priority.
  • Purchases will be shipped from our distribution center in Tempe, Arizona.
  • At this time, we are unable to expedite orders.

ORDER TRACKING

  • When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
  • If you do not receive an email within 2 business days of placing your order, first check your spam / junk folder. If you still do not have an email, contact us at info@dixxon.com.
  • Dixxon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for tracking and delivery related issues.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

  • Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to back order items that are out of stock.

  • Order Cancellation and Adjustments

We pride ourselves on some of the quickest shipping turnarounds in our industry, which means we are unable to accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at info@dixxon.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • US Returns

Initiate your return within 60 days of the purchase date by accessing our Returns Portal to generate a one-time use pre-paid label. Note that a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your total for returns.

It can take 5-7 business days to process a return or exchange once it's received. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear back on your original payment method

  • US Exchanges

Initiate your exchange within 60 days of the purchase date by accessing our Returns Portal to generate a one-time use pre-paid label. Note that the $9.99 shipping fee will be waived for exchanges.

Exchanges will ship out within 1 business day after being processed and will take 2-5 business days to arrive.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please include a note with your name, address, size, desired style or color, and reason for return. Must be in new condition with tags and original packaging present.
 If your item is visibly washed or worn, we will send back to you as is.

FAQ

  • If I placed multiple orders, am I able to combine them?

At this time we are unable to combine multiple orders.

  • Why can't you answer my questions about tracking my package?

Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of our courier. We can check your tracking number, but we will see the exact same information you do. Please contact USPS for tracking and delivery related issues.

  • I forgot to add the free shipping / discount code. Can you adjust my order and add it for me?

We are unable to make adjustments to your order due to our quick shipping turnaround.

  • My order is still showing in pre-shipment a few days after ordering; why is that?

Pre-shipment means that your package has left our warehouse and is waiting to be scanned by USPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking information to update. If your order is still showing in pre-shipment after 7 business days, it was most likely unscanned or potentially lost by USPS after the package was picked up from our facility. Please contact us at info@dixxon.com if you are experiencing this issue.

  • My tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I did not receive anything.

This can be very common with USPS. Your package will most likely arrive in the next couple of days. If it's been marked as delivered for more than 5 business days and your package still hasn’t arrived, send us an email at info@dixxon.com with your order number and the issue you are experiencing.
