Retail Sales Associate

Motorcycles, skateboards, low-riders, hardcore/punk music, and flannels in our closets. That’s who we are and we were tired of flannels that didn’t fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We worked hard and did it better and rolled out the first Dixxon flannel in 2013 and we haven’t looked back since! We continue to be all about change!

We are looking for experienced retail staff associates and leads, full and part-time, who love working in retail and having a great day, every day!

• Greet every customer with a smile and welcoming vibe
• Be super comfortable helping customers select and pair items
• Love working with people and giving each customer that 5 star google review service
• Keep our store looking rad by maintaining stock levels and displays
• Get your tech on by processing purchases using our POS system
• Be positive and supportive of your team because a happy team is a successful team

Must have 2 years of retail experience.

Standards:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods time, including the entire work-shift.
• Must be available to work 10 AM to 7PM Monday-Friday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturdays, along with additional hours as needed during peak seasons.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull boxes up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to reach above your head, kneel, bend, and twist.

Standard Stuff

Must be available to work 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday-Friday and Saturday 10 AM – 4 PM. Able to work overtime during peak season, sales, and high order volume releases.
